Centra Corporate Finance Ltd. was founded in February 2009 to provide advisory services in the field of corporate finance. The company is owned by the partners and is independent of banks and other financial services firms.

Centra is licensed as a brokerage firm in accordance with law no. 161/2002 and is as such under the supervision of FME. The license includes the following:

  • Investment advisory
  • Bond and share issues without underwriting
  • Reception and dissemination of instructions regarding one or more financial instruments
  • Execution of customer instructions
  • Investment research and analysis or other form of advice in connection with financial instruments
